做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
