做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
