做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
