做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
