做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
