做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
