做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
