做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
