做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
