做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
