做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
