做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
