做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
