做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
