做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
