做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
