做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
