做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
