做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
