做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
