做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
