做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
