做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
