做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
