做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
