做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
