做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
