做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
