做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
