做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
