做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
