做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
