做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
