做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
