做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
