做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
