做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
