做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
