做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
