做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
