做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
