做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
