做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
