做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
