做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
