做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
