做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
