做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
