做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
