做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
